I'm an international customer.  Do you ship outside of US?

Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions we can only ship to a US address.

 

What payment methods are available? 

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and JCB) only.

 

When will my order be charged?

Your order will be charged when the order is placed.  If you wish to cancel your order you must email customer support at cs@goodsmileconnect.com prior to your order shipping to receive a full refund.

 

Which carrier will my products be shipped with? 

If your order total exceeds $1000, you are qualified for free ground shipping to 48 contiguous United States.  If you choose free shipping, your order will be shipped via UPS ground.  If you are not interested in free shipping, you may select your preferred courier and service.

 

I noticed there are Drop 1 and Drop 2 limited edition sculptures.  What is the difference? 

There are two releases scheduled for the statues.  Drop 1 production consists of first 200/500 pieces and it will be available starting 11.08.2018.  If you order through jamesjean.goodsmile.com, your order will ship starting 11.15.2018.

Drop 2 production consists of the remaining 300 pieces.  Drop 2 will only be available through jamesjean.goodsmile.com as preorders and they are scheduled to ship Fall 2019.  Please note all preorders will be charged at the time of checkout.  

 

How can I cancel my order?  

All sales are final.  We can only accept cancellation requests prior to your order shipping.  Please write our customer support at cs@goodsmileconnect.com.  Make sure to include your order number.  

 

My order arrived damaged.  What should I do?  

Please contact our customer support at cs@goodsmileconnect.com.  Please note that due to limited availability of the statues, you may not receive a replacement.  In the event a replacement is not available, you will be refunded for the full amount of your order.
